Listen: Let’s meet for coffee. I’ll ask you a lot of questions about your current marketing program and the one that you want to build. I want to hear what you have to say about your company and understand where you want it to go.
Take Inventory: I will review and evaluate any marketing collateral that you are currently using. If appropriate, this is also the part of the process in which we will do a SWOT Analysis.
Make a Plan: Big or small, every project deserves a good plan that will support your overall business strategy. It is important to be clear about what you hope to accomplish. Otherwise, how will we know if we were successful?
Get to Work: Now the real fun begins. I’ll begin writing, sketching and laying everything out. We will review concepts and tweak as needed until you are happy with the end product.
Measure Success: This is the most important but often overlooked step. I will set up mechanisms for measuring the results of your customized marketing program so that we can fine-tune as conditions evolve.
